Nicholas Countryman, M.D.

Dr. Nicholas Countryman graduated from the University of Notre Dame and received his Doctorate of Medicine from Yale School of Medicine.  He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management.  Dr. Countryman completed his Medical Internship at the Indiana University Departments of Medicine and Pediatrics and his Dermatology Residency at the Indiana University Department of Dermatology, Indianapolis, Indiana. 

Dr. Countryman is also a fellowship trained Mohs micrographic and reconstructive surgeon with the American College of Mohs Surgery.  He has extensive experience in the removal of complex skin cancers and the subsequent reconstruction required to repair the surgical wound.

In addition to pursuing his passion for treating skin cancer and dermatology, Nick also enjoys spending time with his wife Cyndi, and two children, Luke and Natalie.  On Saturdays during the fall you will find him cheering on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish football team and running (oftentimes to blow off steam after the game).

Mara Geffken, PA-C

Mara received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Master of Science in Nutrition, both at the University of Washington. After working as a dietitian, she went to the University of Washington MEDEX Physician Assistant Program and became a certified PA in 2003. She has been practicing at Northwest Dermatology since 2005.

Jolie Ewart, ARNP, MSN

Jolie received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in psychology at the California Lutheran University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at the Intercollegiate Center for Nursing Education at Eastern Washington University, and a Master of Nursing - Advanced Registered Nurse Practioner (ARNP) degree at the Washingon State University College of Nursing.  She was a family nurse practitioner in the Spokane community for twelve years before joining Northwest Dermatology.
