
Nicholas Countryman, M.D.
Dr. Nicholas Countryman graduated from the University of Notre Dame and received his Doctorate of Medicine from Yale School of Medicine. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the Yale School of Management. Dr. Countryman completed his Medical Internship at the Indiana University Departments of Medicine and Pediatrics and his Dermatology Residency at the Indiana University Department of Dermatology, Indianapolis, Indiana.
Dr. Countryman is also a fellowship trained Mohs micrographic and reconstructive surgeon with the American College of Mohs Surgery. He has extensive experience in the removal of complex skin cancers and the subsequent reconstruction required to repair the surgical wound.
In addition to pursuing his passion for treating skin cancer and dermatology, Nick also enjoys spending time with his wife Cyndi, and two children, Luke and Natalie. On Saturdays during the fall you will find him cheering on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish football team and running (oftentimes to blow off steam after the game).
